Nayanika has been working as a fundraiser and a youth worker with Pravah since 2021. Prior to this, she was working as communication and fundraising officer at Kolkata based organisation Iswar Sankalpa. She also started her initiative ‘Ab-Normal – Normalising conversations on Abortions’ with the support of ARROW in 2022.
