Navya, Program Coordinator at Pravah, works with National youth intervention and adolescent team in designing and implementing the youth leadership programs across states. Prior to Pravah, Navya worked with Goonj, a non-profit, as a Program Manager of Goonj Fellowships for 3 years looked at recruitment, onboarding, designing the curriculum and mentoring the fellows at various levels.
