Meghamala Sengupta heads the Abilities beyond skills program at Pravah, which works on values, attitudes and behavior towards Sustainable Employability and Entrepreneurship. She has over 14 years of experience in the development sector. She joined Pravah in April, 2009 after her brief stint in the corporate post completing her MBA in HR and Marketing. Her core competency is in Project management, Fund raising, Instructional design and Facilitation. Her passion lies in working with and building capacities of youth, youth facilitators and youth organizations. She was also the National Focal point of the YPeer (UNFPA initiative) Network from India. She has also founded her dance group called Ekyantarang in 2011.
