Malavika leads Partnerships and Visibility at Pravah. She joined Pravah in 2011 and over the years has taken on roles such as leading Adolescent Intervention, supporting early stage start-ups through Changelooms and leading the consulting arm of Pravah called Learning Voyages. She has supported the sustainability of youth-led start-ups, designed curricula, facilitated capacity building of grassroots organizations, and has represented issues of youth leadership in working groups of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Commonwealth, and United Nations Forums. She's also an Acumen India fellow 2022 . She has completed her Masters in Social Work from Delhi University and Bachelors in Economics from St. Stephens College,
