Pravah's Saanstha program is a leadership journey for youth-engaging organizations in tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India, supporting them to chart their next level growth curve. Saanstha is aimed at strengthening leadership skills of senior leaders, developing a culture of shared leadership, enhancing individual and organizational performance, to equip leaders with tools and capacities for taking their organization's growth journey forward themselves
