  • SMILE Rural In-turn-ship: Our flagship youth programme with a twist of in-turn-ship supports a young person to have an inside out leadership journey. They are placed as interns with grass-root organizations & social movements across the country for a period of 3-6 weeks to confront with the realities on-ground and become better adaptive learners.

  • SMILE Fellowship:  A deep dive from the in-turn-ship this  6 months long intensive journey mentors a young person to become a leader, and design and lead social action projects in their own communities. The motto is simple - learn, lead and impact.

  • Get Real: To build deeper self awareness, explore the barriers and enablers to unlock the potential of young people Pravah with Vyaktitva*  has designed  a journey of personal growth. Young people get access to tools and processes that support them to become more aware, adaptive and learners for life.

  • SamjhoToh: The Samvidhan LIVE Dialogues: A pilot project that brings young people from different ideologies together to access a space to learn and practice the skill of deep dialoguing and co- create a vision of India together.
